Consultation with a wide range of stakeholders is vital for the development of a robust South Australia Forest Industry Strategy.
The Draft Strategy
Draft South Australian Forest Industry Strategy
The Forest Industry Development Board released the draft Strategy in December 2010 for a wider round of consultation with stakeholders in industry, government and the community.
During the consultation process, more than 428 copies of the draft Strategy were distributed, there were 21 media interviews and articles, and conducted seven stakeholder forums involving more than 100 people, which obviously would have gone to other individuals and businesses with an interest in the industry.
