The attached documents represent the agreement reached between the State Government, South Australian Chamber of Mines and Energy (SACOME), Aboriginal Legal Rights Movement, Arabunna Native Title Claim Group and Ularaka Arabunna Association Incorporated.
The Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) was registered by the National Native Title Tribunal in October 2004 and is available for use by explorers with tenements located within the Arabunna Native Title Claim area.
