Company Annual Reports

Regulation 33 of the Petroleum Act 2000 requires licensees to sumbit an annual report at the end of each licence year.  It also stipulates what information is to be included in these reports.

The Company Annual Report Template 2008.1 (.DOC - 138 KB) is aimed at providing guidance to licensees on the creation of their annual license reports.  The template creates a consistent structure in annual reports and provides examples while succinctly following the Regulations.  This template will be updated when appropriate.
