World Congress of Rural Women India 2010

The 2010 World Congress of Rural Women will be hosted by India. The host city and dates have yet to be finalised.

The South Australian delegation will travel to India prior to the Congress and undertake a country orientation for two to three days and visit an Indian women’s project which will be chosen twelve months prior to the Congress. The South Australian delegation will visit this project after the Congress, were they will commit to continuing to support the project until December 2011 by raising funds in Australia and sending them to the project coordinator.
